What forms of payment do you accept?

We gladly accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, or regular account payments all through PayPal.

How secure is this store?

This store uses PayPal for payments, and PayPal automatically encrypts your confidential information in transit from your computer to ours using the Secure Sockets Layer protocol (SSL) with an encryption key length of 128-bits (the highest level commercially available).

Do I need a PayPal account to purchase from this store?

No, you are not required to have a PayPal account to purchase from this store. Although if you already have a PayPal account you may use it.

SHIPPING:

I try to ship all orders within 24 hours of receiving them. Weekends, holidays and high volume online traffic may delay this slightly. Depending on location, orders tend to arrive 2-3 business days after ordering. However,I kindly ask that customers allow at least 1-2 weeks for delivery after processing. If your shipping address and billing address DO NOT MATCH this makes your order subject to holds in order to confirm the order is legitimate.

RETURNS:

Returns & exchange requests will be honored within 7 days from when your shipment is received. However, I require that customers email me of any problems ([email protected]) with merchandise within 48 hours of receipt. Items must have their original packaging and in new UN-WORN condition. All refunds will be refunded for future STORE CREDIT ONLY. Refunds are not available for any product after the 7 days. All sale/discount items CANNOT be returned for a refund or exchange unless the product is faulty or damaged. Exchanged items are NOT guaranteed to be in stock and customers may have to receive store credit if items are out of stock. Store credit only unless otherwise noted!
